FollowerHunt offers a 7-day free trial for all new users. During this trial period:

  • No credit card is required to start the trial
  • You can cancel at any time without being charged
  • You will receive email reminders before the trial ends

2. No Refund Policy

Once your free trial period ends and billing begins, we do not provide refunds for:

  • Monthly or annual subscription charges
  • Unused portions of your subscription period
  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction with the service
  • Failure to use the service during the billing period
  • Account cancellation after billing has occurred

3. Cancellation Process

To avoid being charged, you must cancel your subscription before the trial period ends:

  • Navigate to the billing section
  • Click "Cancel Subscription"
  • Confirm the cancellation
  • You will receive a confirmation email

4. Billing and Payment

Our billing terms are as follows:

  • Monthly Plan: $20 charged monthly
  • Annual Plan: $99 charged annually (save 59%)
  • All charges are processed automatically
  • Billing occurs at the end of your trial period
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our service. However, we do not provide refunds for temporary service interruptions, maintenance windows, or technical issues that are resolved within 24 hours.

6. Account Termination

If we terminate your account for violations of our Terms of Service:

  • No refunds will be provided
  • Your access will be immediately revoked

  • You will not be eligible for future service

7. Disputed Charges
